18th December : Merry Christmas

Thank you for your continued support over the past year.

2003 has been a fantastic year for our sport in the UK.

European and World Championship titles won, A thrilling JSRA British Championship, The Freestyle National Tour, Xtreme Action Weekends, Clubs established and making their mark, A World Class Magazine. The list goes on and on and with the continued enthusiasm 2004 can only be better.

Next year is Jetmanuk.com's third year and i look forward to seeing you all at the events and competitions across the UK.

13th December : Scottish Winter Endurance

Here's the perfect excuse to overdo the Christmas Festivities.

On the 27th-28th December get yourselves along to the River Tay for the Scottish Winter Endurance Event.

The event will consist of a slalom challenge on the Saturday from 12 noon till 4 o'clock followed by a buffet / BBQ in the evening, before the main event which will be the 1 hour Endurance which will take place at 12 noon on the Sunday.

The cost of the event will be £40 which will include entry to both the Slalom and Endurance as well as the Buffet / BBQ with camping at a nearby campsite which has secure storage for the Saturday night. There will be various prizes to be won over the weekend and also some prize money (TBA)

12th December : Chris MacClugage To Visit UK
Ask anyone ‘Who is the most successful and famous Jet Sport Racer on the planet right now?’ and the unanimous answer will be one Chris MacClugage.
Well, visiting the UK for the first time ever in March is the ‘Mac Attack’ himself!
Mac is over to run an Xtreme Action Clinic at Extreme Leisure, Tattershall Country Park, Lincs on the weekend of 13th/14th March 2004. As Chris is a World Champion in both Ski and Runabout classes the clinic is open to both disciplines. This is your one and only opportunity to meet and train with MacClugage, so take it.
Both the Waterski Club and Jet Ski Club lakes will be used for the weekend with a Ski Clinic being held on Jet Ski lake on Saturday, while a Slalom Competition takes place on the Waterski lake for Runabouts. A party will be held in the Club House on the Saturday night before the classes switch for the Sunday. The cost for the weekend which includes launch fees, clinic sessions with Mac and entry into the Slalom Competition is a trifling £65.
Chris MacClugage is a superstar in the world of Jet Sport Racing.

10th December : Woman unhurt after jet-ski hits home

A woman narrowly escaped serious injury when a jetski and trailer came unhitched from a car and smashed into her Heartsease home.

The impact caved in the front of the one-bedroom home on Barclay Road, showering the living room with debris, and damaging furniture.

The jetski slid off its runners, shot off the trailer and lodged into the wall in the bizarre accident just after 7.30am on Thursday.

4th December : Freestyle Brothers at Six Hills
The standard of freestyle riding in the UK is now progressing faster than ever before and once again you have the opportunity to ride the crest of the wave.
April 17^th / 18^th will be another freestyle clinic at Six Hills Jet Ski Centre in Leicestershire. Following the terrific response to the coaching of Brad, ‘The Professor’ Lustic will be attending with his larger than life brother Josh to give you 1 on 1 coaching, preparation tips, physical training advice, mental preparation techniques and have great fun taking your riding to heights you could have only dreamed of.
A weekend of freestyle for enthusiasts of all levels, come along and play for the weekend and if you want to improve you can pick up tips from the top guys!!

1st December : JSRA Winter Series Round 1
Due to the adverse weather conditions at Tattershall Country Park it became necessary to abandon the race meeting.
Thankyou to all of you who made the trek to Tattershall, however owing to the weather conditions it became apparent that we would not be able to complete all the moto’s.
It has been agreed that everyone who entered the first round at Tattershall, will receive a credit against their entry to the second round. Therefore no payment is required for those returning for round 2.
Round 2 will be held at Tattershall Country Park on Sunday the 1^st February. The park will not be open for camping or static caravans. We are currently seeking alternative accommodation/camping facilities and will advise you of these details in due course.
